All the registered Dealers / Users are issued with a User ID (TIN / SRIN / etc. as the case may be) and an initial password to enable them to log into the portal of the Department (https://odishatax.gov.in/portal). All the Dealers / Users intending to log into the portal shall be required to change the initial password issued to them by the Department after first login. After changing the initial password, the dealers / Users shall be soley responsible for safekeeping of their password and safe use. The Dealers / Users shall be bound by the password policy published on the portal for every log in.
Under no circumstances will this Department be liable for any expense, loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any expense, loss or damage whatsoever arising from use, or loss of use, of data, arising out of or in connection with the use of this website.
